Dr T ... a lot of this is beyond my understanding, but the more I read about the CoH study, I think the outcome they were trying to prove was "“inhibition of FTO may have broad potential in treating various types of cancer,” Dr. Chen noted.", rather than what drug was effective in achieving this. As you mentioned, they have now identified 2 drugs our of many that enables them to progress their hypothesis. At least, that is the way I read it ... happy to be corrected and put on the right path.
