I have stated previously that I am in RAC until we achieve our aims of a pharma deal or takeover.
From my perspective RAC is effectively an investment in a private company since while in theory I can sell my shares, in practice this is not an option. I don’t need to sell any shares to pay my tax or buy fast cars, etc so I am happy to wait for the long term payoff.
RAC is a high risk/high reward type investment (or punt depending on your perspective). I can’t promise you success, but I can promise I am doing everything I can to maximise our chances of success.
Somewhat off topic I have wondered what I would personally do with all the money if we do succeed - this might have to be a project I leave to my wife as she seems to have more ideas on this than me.
