Basically without knowing the FA behind RAC mainly trying to highlight possible support and resist areas, potential long term pattern of the rounding bottom, areas of possible breakout, where it can retest a BO.

Can google a rounding bottom for better explanation and with all patterns they need confirmation.

The Kumo (cloud) can offer areas of supp and resist as well.

Left field or unexpected FA can always change ST TA as well.
