That might be a reasonable goal post - but the numbers are off.
A market cap of $467m and current shares on issue of around 116m gives you a SP of ~$4.
I also run my calcs including all options as a base case (consider also potential dilution). which gives you a SP of ~$3.
Note the SOI above is approximate only and does not reflect the true number.
In saying that - I am liking the trajectory we are on - riding the top of the bollinger. My end of year target of $1.30 might have been super conservative. I hope the rest of my numbers are too!
