I do not know much about Silviu, so I don't know if he would be regarded as a competent or incompetent CEO; BUT are you suggesting that leading a company to a drug approval disproves claims of incompetence?
Did the guy fail on easy tasks (for CEO level)? Did he need intensive guidance and hand holding?
