think Seoul opens the door to Japan, same way HK to China. These are more friendly places for the initial trials. Game plan is still geographical licensing.
todays DXB announcement is a great example. I literally sold Friday after full recruitment last week on the basis 34 week wait and a bit of grass is greener. Lesson learnt!
