The current top 20 hold a little over 50% of the shares (the T20 cutoff is 552K shares). The T40 own 59% and the threshold is 310K. The top 40 outside of the board hold around 30 million shares.
If you look at the price movement since I joined the company it is a case of a rise over a short period and then a slow fall back in the SP on low volume then another rise. When you have had a stock decline in SP like RAC has over the last 18 months then you will have shareholders trapped that will use any large SP rise as a chance to get out. Once everyone is out who doesn’t want to be in the stock at a current price point then you will see the SP continue in the direction driven by the fundamentals.
