These guys know what this is worth ... they have been consistent all along on strategy, they have stuck to their guns on avoiding excess dilution and have been honourable towards existing SH ... when you are a shareholder in RAC you are getting more than a spec investment IMO, you are getting management with skin in the game, 100% commitment to their pre-described strategy (and a professional confidence I haven't seen before).
