Speculation is interesting and anyone has a right to do it.
However, by putting numbers out there you run the risk of limiting your own expectations or not seeing what the market is telling you.
It could well be that Phase 1a (safety in humans) does not move the dial at all.
Maybe be the market has priced in Bisantrene to be safe in its IV formulation.
It also could be that after Phase 1b RAC re-engages Triangle and to publish new TAM and risk rated numbers, which I woudl expect to be far bigger than your speculation.
For now I'd rather be an interested observer and see where this goes.
