Subtext: you guys have already had enough in the way of Q&As, transparency etc. Now accept your role as normal ASX shareholders and let us get on with the job of running the show.
DT was trying for something both revolutionary and utterly normal, ie genuinely open communication between owners and management (and I imagine he’d have favoured an open investor hub).
BODs are like government - we put them there ostensibly to look after our interests, then they proceed to act like they own us. They should never forget that when push comes to shove, we own them.
