Looks that way to me oneaero. They were in start mode and the seal gives up and they have to wait 2-3 weeks for it to be repaired before they get back to this point again.

Why 2-3 weeks?? Dammed if I know. Could be the pump has to be flown half way round the world to the makers factory.
A shaft seal failing in a pump, given this is high pressure as well as high temperature conditions, is not like "Something that should never happen", so I feel it should be able to be done on site. Seal replacement would actually be a routine maintenance item. But not on the first day or two's running of course.
No. Some other factor is involved.
I can only think shaft damage was expeienced as well as seal failure and the pump needs to be virtually stripped and maybe the shaft replaced or reconditioned so doing it at the factory would have been the best option under the circumstances.
