Only speculating:
Run 'Trial 1' jointly in AUS/USA utilising existing network at COH, UON etc. They can't roll out P1/2b until the IV formulation is manufactured so.there would be limited funding required at this stage to undertake what is essentially SOC monitoring/benchmarking.
Raise capital post Dominissini findings / Sheba 2 update H1 CY2023.
