Yes, that's exactly what I was trying to get my head around. How to split the IP in a way that makes sense? Not splitting it is one solution.
I wonder how much liberty (or inclination) Dr T would have to comment on something like this before the commercial strategy comes out. It is obviously in his interest to make sure the other shareholders have the best possible grasp of the situation.
