IXC smashed today down 50% - basically negative EV based on its cash position. Slow to recruit in a phase 3 trial, 12/40 sites.
Had many approvals in place, exciting P2 data. Started recruiting for P3 last year and ultimately screening and recruitment has been unexpected. Revisiting trial design & endpoints.

I think this is a timely reminder for everyone who is currently getting up RAC management for not providing as much newsflow as they would like, or expecting a quick return.

I for one am thankful we are bringing some of the worlds best on board, along with teaming up with the COH, It’s critically important we let all of these people vet, cross check, and stress test the data, indications, and all paths & potential routes to market to avoid something like this happening close to the finish line.

BP will be looking to take over a fully protected, de-risked asset, that has been vetted and thoroughly thought through from start to finish by experts across all fields.
