There are numerous studies showing that the increase in cardiac issues in young people is mainly attributable to covid infection. Try this from the BMJ, others are easy to find https://www.bmj.com/content/379/bmj.o2659.
Other reports (inc a similar one in BMJ) have shown that “there is a rare but heightened” risk of cardiac problems caused by the vaccine.
