I am not sure if you know how long pharma deals normally take to complete. Big Pharma (like all big companies) goes through a very slow and deliberate process behind closed doors where they thoroughly vet the IP before making a firm offer. I am sure the Accent Therapeutics deal AstraZenica did took more than 12 months to finalise from first approach. While Big Pharma can move fast on occasion, it is not the norm.

If a Big Pharma commences a DD process behind closed doors, does that require RAC to make an ASX announcement (not necessarily mentioning the identity of the Big Pharma)?
