While I am aware of the current intended meaning for anthracyclines, CPACS means Cardio Protection Anti-Cancer Synergy to me. The preclinical evidence is there supporting the mechanism, the clinical evidence is there supporting the drug. We are just waiting for confirmation. If this translates like it already has in Sheba 2, this will be a beauty.
