At the end of the Phase 1a stage. Really we could have called it a Phase 1/2a trial. The Phase 1a is to workout the best dose, and the Phase 1b (or 2a) is where we collect efficacy data on cardioprotection and anticancer activity. I should add we collect m6A data right from the first patient in the Phase 1a.

The planning, site selection, trial structure, etc for the Phase 2 trial will start as soon as we complete the Phase 1a (ie. as soon as we know the best dose). There will be a lot of overlap between the Phase 1b and Phase 2 trials in timing.
