Thanks, that makes sense.
There's no ethical problem in making the first healthy volunteers wait weeks or monrhs to be dosed.
But treating the entire group all at the same time sounds risky.
All.of which reminds me that when I studied Psychology 1 at Sydney Uni sometime last century, all atudents were REQUIRED to be subjects in three psychological experiments. We were given a choice of which experiments, but the three experiment requirement was compulsory, otherwise you failed the course.
