I believe there is possibly an ongoing defamation matter being brought by Mr Tolga Kumova against the Stock Swami (aka Alan Davison).

Some of it may be true in terms of what he presents but what is important as in any "reporting" is context. There is not much balance in the way information is presented and is for a sensationalist purpose.
