Sharing my notes from the Dr T’s RAC MST presentation (emphasis and highlights are mine). Hope the recording comes out soon, complete with Q&A section.

Synergies with checkpoint inhibitors: animal study happening at the moment due to report shortly then we will share it (we won’t share that before hand, we will Chris (MST Host). [RitzyBusiness: I am not sure why Dr T added the last comment “we won’t share that before hand, we will Chris”]

Cardio-protection: synergies with Doxorubicin. Prevents/protects cardio damage + helps doxorubicin kill cancer better. This opens up an amazing opportunity because you can VERY QUICKLY MOVE INTO AN EXISTING MARKET with a serious problem [cardio toxic]. REALLY REALLY EXCITING OPPORTUNITY and very recent.

Deals (RNA related): all [RNA] deals [shown in preso] are pre-clinical deals because no-body except us has a clinical ready drug.Big pharma are paying because they can see this being the new exciting area where they want to get in and there is a limited number of companies in this space. Highly active area with big deals being done.

Q&A:

Q) Thoughts around kidney cancer indication?Answer: very exciting … the Synergy between drugs that are currently used and making those drugs work much better ….This opens up a rapid path to drive this forward.
Q) Israeli trial , when can we expect some results?Answer: now in Phase 1/2 dose escalation. Dose escalation are hard to recruit … slow in the beginning then will pick up. Once we pass the phase one stage … we will be reporting on that. That could occur at any time depending on patient recruitment. How this trial goes doesn’t impact long term value of our company.
Q) Any updates on rare Pediatric disease designation?Answer: we have opportunity to pick up PRV (worth USD 100m to 150m) and we have interest in pursuing this. Q) Anything being structured around setting a trial for this?Answer:I am not allowed to talk about this as it is not publicly disclosed! It is an opportunity that is there and it hasn’t been forgotten! Watch this space is the best way to put it!
Q) Funding?Answer: we have enough for this year and into next year. Trials all fully funded. Well set to take this forward before needing more funds.IT IS A NICE TIME TO GET ON BOARD!A lot going on and a lot of news flow expected over few years.I have a feeling Zantrene hasn’t given up all its secrets yet.
Q) Reformulation of Zantrene, you mentioned an oral formulation, how much progress have you made?Answer:I can’t discussed this as it hasn’t been disclosed! But I am very happy how all programs are going! And shareholders can expect to have news flow in all those areas when the time is right!
Q) Exit strategy end of 2022?Answer: wehave been thrown so many opportunities/news that to exit at this point will be selling out at a fraction of its potential. We think it is in the interest of shareholders to gather more data and this will likely return more to shareholders in the long term. And shareholders supported us with this [through SPP].I am not going to get rich on my CSO salary, that’s for sure, where I will make money is through a return as an exit, as I can’t sell all my shares on market, so it is going to have to be a transaction …and a BIG ONE.

I'm a bit confused on your last sentence... Is that something lost in translation or something Daniel really said/meant? If this trial doesn't impact the long term value of the company why would we be running it, and at considerable expense to the company given the cost of the drugs?
