Well, FTO was known at the time the trial started, but more recent events definitely not. And no doubt the wheels for this trial were probably set in motion prior to even to FTO, particularly the research into the drug combinations at conducted at MD Anderson.

Regardless of how important management now view this trial, my concern is that a poor outcome (even if it's dose escalation) is unlikely to viewed favourably by the market in the current environment, while unexpectedly good early indications of success could provide some positive momentum.

I do hope that Daniel isn't trying to manage expectations down in this regard. I feel like we could use an ace up the sleeve at this point.
