Laurus were appointed in April 2023, two months before Societal were due to deliver RC220 and five months before RC220 was due to be dosed in patients.
It's obvious that Societal were incapable of delivering and Laurus were appointed as an alternative, that's not what the Company told holders. Obfuscation of this reality leaves me with a number of questions:
Why weren't shareholders informed of a delay to RC220 in April 2023, when Laurus were appointed?
Why weren't Societal able to deliver RC220?
Who from RAC engaged Societal to manufacture RC220?
When were the first issues with Societal identified, why couldn't this have been foreseen pre-award?
Societal were the legacy manufacturer of RC110 (pre Tillett days). Assume they received the contract thanks to our old chairman. But the majority of the board that would have authorised this agreement remain to this day - so what happened?
