i think we will get some insight on mine construction once the $112M is the the BRM bank account and they will then have to start aggressively seeking a construction contractor imo.

tight market and the timeframe from concept to design to construction, not to mention the tender process and negotiation will dictate that this needs to move very quickly if we will have any sales in 2009.

i think WR knows this and it was the ONLY driver of the timing of the raising.
