I do wonder how you overcome the commercial conversation of pricing Bisantrene as "A better anthracycline" which as you say is only a couple of hundred dollars a dose, does this not bastardize the price and de-value it when you may have a targeted agent drug and your trying to compete with chemo drugs? Do you not need to pick one or the other?
How then could we compare revenues of Keytruda which according to the website places a treatment every 3 weeks at around $10k USD>
