    This is a good question.

    I guess the idea is to find the specific/targeted well-tolerated drug with the lowest possible effective dose (i.e. the most potent FTO inhibitor) in order to minimise any adverse side-effects, especially if treatment is over a long period.

    Maybe @RaceOncology can think of other reasons why higher potency is desirable.
