As we all know there is a high possibility for RACE take over or partnership or other M&A options anytime from 2021. As SH we may receive part or full payment depending on the nature of M&A i.e., is it going to be for Bisantrene all cause/ types of cancer or all regions or specific regions etc.,. Also, we may get part payment as cash and rest as equity. I don’t want to make any assumptions and I am sure the more knowledgeable can correct me.
I am creating this thread with a view that all tax related discussions can be kept on a single thread so that it doesn’t get lost in Genera Comments/ Chat thread or other threads which may be difficult for someone to find this info later.
