Assuming you purchased the shares individually on 05/07/2019 and were to sell the shares today (03/03/2021), then the following dates would be relevant.
In your personal name your acquisition date is 05/07/2019 and the disposal date would be 03/03/2021.
In your trust the acquisition date would be 03/03/2021.
If you are referring to the date in which you start counting days for the 50% CGT discount, then for your trust that date would be 03/03/2021.
Best visit your accountant in person and they can calculate your gain/loss and a tax estimate which would take into account your personal circumstances.
