It's simple
calculate your cap gains tax based on your estimated buy out number
Write it down and keep it safe
Let's say it's $250,000 in CGT
Now work out how many more you need to buy in order for the profit to cover your 250 k
You have effectively wiped out the initial CGT with more skin in the game
Ask your self if you came across RAC for the first time today how much would you be prepared to throw at it
