This is difficult for you to determine as a shareholder and one of the reasons there are so many listed ASX companies with boards that do little more than collect their board fees. All I can say is that RAC doesn’t have one of these boards.
The SAB and CAB are by their nature going to be opaque to non-insiders. Their job is to provide advice to the management and board as needed and sometimes to introduce the company to parties we are interested in talking to. You can really only measure their output indirectly.
