Plenty of transactions have occured during Ph2, not at/after completion.
In saying that, the potential intrinsic value seems too enormous to be captured in a single transaction... But there's a lot of water to flow under the bridge before we get to that stage.
My 2c fwiw, I think we'll partner Ph2, with a material change in the structure (whatever that might look like) of Race in ~3 years.
