The battle of the century has now begun ( IMHO ) ....the battle of the A-REITS below some food for thought and discussion
will it be GIC or Stocklands that win the prize GPT (all the money sems to be on SGP but could GIC ,sngapore govt funded , be the dark horse in this race and take out the prize ?
Or Could be something beyond the extra ordinary where WDC and SGP team together to win the prize ...then split GPT where SGP retains the prized office assets and WDC cheaply gains 100% control of GPT s retail assets ( nb a number of them currently are held 50:50 with WDC )
The mind boggles......wil we see the first of the rationalisation of A-REIT sector. Who s next MGR / DXS Stay tuned to this channel..... Above me thinking aloud only. DYOR
