    The one thing i will say is that when this deal is done it WILL be more than the market cap of the company and IF IT IS not then the management have not done there job as you just have to look at the deals the indians and chinese are doing for deposits of thermal coal and what they are paying currently!! None of those deals have reserves substantiated either.
