It’s amazing how much I used to admire Lance A. hey .

I’m sorry to disappoint you all ..,
I do set it to more “effort” , and so I do push — but I’m reading my phone, air- cond on , and concentrating on reading also as I ride & not raising too much of a sweat :)

Ive caught up the 50 for last week - 26 kms yesterday , and so far 25 km+ and still going now today. ( which has taken me , I’m sorry , over 80 minutes . Not at all road speed . )

Im in a more upright position, sitting back and circling the pedals . No bike saddle , or cycling position!

If I keep reading to try catchup on everything from today , and keep pedalling - I might get the 17 km for today done also .

Yesterday I did the pedalling as have now begun , fitted in a 1.25 km swim in the evening , and did enough steps for the day as I do.
It isn’t really serious exercise - but was a good effort to manage into the day for me with all .
