My preference is for best possible visibility out on the roads - but maybe I might have to get back on my bike ( was considering selling my roadbike ! ) Longest ride in a day ever did was 235kms . (> 10yrs ago. )
Haven’t ridden for over 5 years . Got knocked out actually, 10 years ago , so pretty much never rode in Pelaton much after that & would not risk another concussion injury . I could not afford serious injury or worse with responsibilities to always turn up to work , family , and definitely not be unable to work for a time . Just got really busy with work and # an ankle , and didn’t get back out .
Stationary bike I do have —while reading hc and researching , I will commit to recommence turning my legs over at least
Can definitely do hundreds kms startup like this . Might be silly to wear the gear inside
Or - I will swim & walk the distance !
