Yes that is right. We have stated publicly that we are fully funded for all the activities we have committed to (i.e. the Phase 1a/b cardio trial and the Phase 1/2 AML trial). We have no need to raise funds for the next few years and if the SP is above $1.25 in May 2026 we will be fully funded for many more years to come after that via the piggyback options.

This doesn't mean that we won't raise money in the future, but we don't have to anytime soon. One of the good things about investing alongside me in Race is that our interests are aligned. I am not here for a salary and a cushy job, I am here to make serious money via my investment in Race and diluting the shareholders to oblivion via reckless spending and endless capital raises is not going to achieve this aim.
