The email sent out on Friday is linked to our HIN number hence why it didn't work. As the options are unlisted they are linked to your SRN number.
I assume the Sunday email was linked to the SRN number hence why it worked, but lady could not confimen the Sunday email.
I think the SRN and HIN teams not talking internally.
The statements with our SRN number posted out on the 6th via Aus Post, should receive later this week/early next week and can execute then.
All we now need is for Aust Post to misplace the mail and blame Christmas.
