I just got off the phone with Automic, I had them email me the excise form so I can make payment.
I'm no clearer as to why I didn't get the "second email", only the $4.50 options showing only and neither the holding statement nor excise form showing in documents still. I was advised it's because "you need to log in with the SRN", which I said I already added the SRN when adding the $4.50 options, maybe it's an issue with the SRN? So, have to wait for snail mail with the SRN I guess.
Regardless, made payment today. Troubling that they're making the process so difficult.
