I had nothing showing in either of my accounts and didn't receive the second email. I spoke to automic today and they emailed both accounts option forms and have mailed both holding accounts. I've converted my personal account and will do the same in my smsf as funds arrive. They did say there may require some tweaking to consolidate the options to heads on the same account.
Glad it's over after 4 calls.
