This is exactly what happened for me too. So thank you for the suggestion to re-add my SRN.
However, I also received the second Sunday email, and the link worked for me to get my option exercise form. So I already had the exercise form - but the form (and the options) did not appear in my Automic account until I re-added my SRN.
