Automic certainly seem to be having some issues thats for sure! I paid for some options yesterday in my SMSF & they hit my account straight away, I then checked this morning & they were gone but the other options linked to my personal account had hit my account which I havent even paid for!! I never recieved any correspondence for the AGM this year either & I'm registered to recieve everything via email. At the moment I've lost my SMSF options that I've paid for but recieved nearly double the options to my personal account which i havent paid for! This needs to be sorted asap! Poor form Automic!
