I have been reading all the issues people have incurred with this process, and thought that it cannot be that bad.
Have now received email notification and snail mail with both holding statements and exercise notice.
Thought I'd go to the registry & check - nothing!
So, added the SRN, and now have to wait a couple of day for it to update.
Unbelievable!.
I shall now have to troll through these posts to work out what steps to follow.
My offer of doing some user testing on their next system update stands, and I will charge big time.
