there are a couple of reasons why ppl are exercising:
1. As mentioned to aultruristically progress the trials.
2. Even if June 2024 oppies close out of the money they receive the piggy back options and add value to the company pipeline.
3. Taking a view that even if June 2024 are out of the money this can be counteracted if May 2026 oppies close in the money.
4. They actually figured out how to exercise the options - Well done!
