Both the name and the address must be IDENTICAL on both holdings.
You could try submitting a change of address on the SRN holding, i.e. add "Australia". That's free.
Not with RAC, but I had a transfer between CHESS sponsors rejected because one holding had "MR" in front of the name and the other holding didn't. So that had to be fixed first. Also free.
