One could also sell 3 heads right now to the equivalent piggybacks and be able to use this cash for the next 2 1/2 years, all while having the option to buy them back at $1.25 at any stage. (If you weren’t looking to increase exposure)

In my case, if I was willing to bet we would be higher or in line for a transaction before Mid 2026, it might make sense for me to dump 50,000 heads tomorrow knowing I can buy them back for a measly $1.25 in the next 2 & a half years.

When you consider the likes of ritzy or others that have hundreds of thousands of piggybacks after converting the initial. It won’t surprise me if heads are hitting the market in large amounts.
