The selling is largely irrelevant if there's no free float. It's now up to the company to demonstrate that holders shouldn't sell and to encourage new buyers.
But, there's still a large risk that JC's holding is acquired off-market by some unscrupulous entity - so RAC should be looking to facilitate a block trade that's favourable to everyone.
In an ideal world, every ex-insider would have readjusted their investment horizons based on the FTO-CPACS discoveries, it is what it is.
