As other have suggested lend her the money to convert the options and get her to pay you back from selling the shares on market - you can even charge her the difference between the option conversion price and the current SP as an “investor education” fee
More seriously, we will be making a concerted effort to educate our shareholders about the true value of the options well before June, not to get the money, but because we don’t want shareholders to miss out due to ignorance. We have had more offers from current shareholders to underwrite the bonus options than there are options available even if no more shareholders exercise.
