No. At the current SP the bonus options are already in the money so I am not sure why you see a need for a SP of a $1 before June 4.
We haven’t asked shareholder to exercise early, we have just explained that if people do exercise early that we will advance the preclinical programs that will accelerate value creation for all shareholders. We are very grateful to everyone who has exercised early, but we understand not everyone is in a position to do this. The reason we chose June as the expiry date was to give everyone time.
