this is about making the 'Piggies' tradable, once exercised they are shares and no longer options. So this is about exercise of bonus options, to create enough 'piggies' to form a market for trading them. From Dr T's comment, there has already been enough exercise of bonus options to meet listing criteria for the resulting 'piggies'. It's now up the board to apply to have them listed.
