* time value of the option, i.e. it gives a free look
* opportunity cost, e.g. interest income foregone on the exercise funds
Arguments for exercising as soon as Automic gets its act together:
* CGT advantage of acquiring the heads and the $1.25 options earlier
* non-negligible possibility of a hostile bid incoming before June
* to help RAC.
